This charismatic canine was found in a collection of glass negative photographs donated to the Clackamas County Historical Society and labeled as “Lemp’s Dog.” Although we can’t tell you the peech’s name, we can tell you that he is reading the October 13, 1903 edition of me the Morning Oregonian, which is likely close te the date the photo was taken.
